How many people can you have on screen and how to invite them onto the screen.
If you’re on a Starter or Lite plan
Crowdcast allows you to present up to four screens at once.
Just imagine you have a stage with four available seats. The host of the event always takes up one seat. The remaining three seats can each be filled with a guest or a screenshare, or left empty.
If you’re on a Pro or Business plan
Crowdcast allows you to present up to six screens at once.
Just imagine you have a stage with six available seats. The host of the event always takes up one seat. The remaining five seats can each be filled with a guest or a screenshare, or left empty.
Important Notes:
The first way is to invite them onto the stage ****from the people tab. You can invite them while you're in the green room, before you go live, or while you're broadcasting.
The people tab will contain a list of attendees that have registered for your event. When you click on it, this list will expand so you can locate the person you'd like to invite up. You'll see an "Invite on screen" button next to the person's name.
Another way to invite someone up is through the chat. To invite an attendee who has already added a message in the chat, hover over their message, and click "Invite."
