How to download the HD mp4 video recording of your event or export audio-only

All hosts on an active plan have the ability to download the HD recording of their events after the event takes place. Attendees do not have access to this feature as the content is owned by the host.

As long as you are on an active plan, the ability to download your recording is available for six months after the event has gone live. After six months, the downloadable recording is archived on our system. If you remain on a paid plan (including the Pause plan), the event replay will be available indefinitely for hosts and attendees to view at your event URL.

If you are on a paid plan and need to download an event that’s more than six months old, drop us a note at [email protected]. Be sure to email us from the address associated with your account.

Step-By-Step Tutorial

First, go to My events and select the past event you want to download.

Next click on "Options" located at the top right of your screen.

From there, you'll see a drop-down menu where you can select "Download HD Video"
